Although I love to work with all kinds of material, including synthetic, when it comes to jewellery and close-to-skin wear, I work essentially with natural materials whose beauty can’t be equalled! 

LEATHER

I work with high quality real cow’s leather in 3 colours. 
Washed black - Mahogany - Windsor tan

Due to the natural variations in the texture and colour of leather, each piece is unique and may slightly vary from one to another. 

STAINLESS STEEL

I have chosen to work with stainless steel because of its durability and aesthetic appeal. Stainless steel is highly resistant to everyday wear and tear, maintaining its luster and strength over time. Unlike other metals, it will not tarnish or darken, which makes it a perfect match for gemstones, enhancing their natural beauty and providing a feeling of strength and power. Additionally, stainless steel is hypoallergenic and is less likely to cause an allergic reaction or skin irritation.

SEMI PRECIOUS GEMSTONES 

Natural gemstones are not only stunning but offer a very good durability too. Some natural gemstones are rare and difficult to find, making them highly sought-after and valuable.

Their authenticity, symbolism, history and healing properties make them all the more fascinating!

 Due to the natural variations in the texture and colour of gemstones each piece is unique and may slightly vary from one to another.

NOTE - It's important to note that healing properties of gemstones are not scientifically proven and that their efficacy varies from person to person. You should always contact your usual medical practice for any health issue you may have. 

Shipping Policy

We aim at making and dispatching your order within 2 to 3 days, however during busy times this can take a little longer. We will update you with any information regarding your order in case of delays.

Once dispatched, your purchase will be sent via Royal Mail 1st class and should be with you within 2 buisness days (allow more time during busy time)

Return policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, please contact us on info@whitebarncollection.com and we will instruct you with the return procedure. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@whitebarncollection.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How to measure your wrist

To measure your wrist size accurately the best is to use a flexible measuring tape (alternatively you can use a string) Wrap it around your wrist where you usually wear your bracelets. Don’t leave any gap between the tape/string and your wrist. Read the measurement where the two ends meet or mark it and measure with a ruler if using a string.

For beaded bracelets

Gemstone Beads:

1. Avoid exposing gemstone beads to harsh chemicals, such as cleaning agents and cosmetics.
2. Store gemstone beads in a soft cloth or a jewelry box to prevent scratches and damage.
3. Clean gemstone beads with a soft cloth, warm water, and mild soap. Avoid using ultrasonic cleaners, as they can damage some types of gemstones.
4. Take care when handling gemstones, as they can be fragile and susceptible to chipping and cracking.

Leather Bracelets:

1. Avoid exposing leather bracelets to water, as this can cause the leather to soften, stretch, and become discolored.
2. Store leather bracelets away from direct sunlight and heat, as these can cause the leather to fade and crack.
3. Clean leather bracelets with a soft, damp cloth and let it air dry. Do not use soap or other cleaning agents, as these can damage the leather.
4. Condition leather bracelets regularly with a leather conditioner to keep the leather soft and supple.
5. Take care when handling leather bracelets, as they can become damaged if bent or stretched excessively.

Stainless Steel and Alloy clasps and findings:

1. Avoid exposing stainless steel/Alloy jewelry to harsh chemicals, such as cleaning agents and cosmetics.
2. Store stainless steel/alloy jewelry in a soft cloth or a jewelry box to prevent scratches and damage.
3. Clean stainless steel/alloy jewelry with a damp soft cloth. Avoid using ultrasonic cleaners, as they can cause damage to the surface of the metal.
4. To restore shine, use a jewelry polishing cloth or solution specifically designed for stainless steel/alloy
5. Take care when handling stainless steel/alloy jewelry, as it can be prone to scratching and bending.
